Kerio licensing
Resolved - Our infrastructure team was able to perform recovery procedures for our licensing portal, which has resolved the issue we were facing earlier.

You should no longer experience any issues related to product licensing.

Investigating - We have been made aware of an issue affecting all Kerio licensing functionality, including license generation. As a result, you may see license-related issues in your Kerio deployments and may be unable to install new appliances or download license keys.

We are presently investigating and will provide further updates as they become available.

Antivirus Updates not going through & Page not Loading on the "Kerio News" Tile
Resolved - The issue where Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus updates were not occurring for some Kerio Control and Kerio Connect customers is resolved now. We thank you for your patience.

Investigating - - Some customers have reported that the Antivirus updates are not going through on their Kerio Connect and Kerio Control appliances.
- The web page on the "Kerio News" tile is not loading and giving this error:
Page Could Not Be Loaded
The web site you were looking for is currently undergoing maintenance.
- Our team is aware of these issues and we are investigating the root cause for the same.

fmserver.exe crashes after latest MS updates
Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Investigating - We are aware that there is a known issue after recent Microsoft updates where fmserver.exe sometimes crashes.

Our development team is currently investigating to locate the root cause.
